Annoyance and blessing

I asked Buddha: Why do I have so many troubles?
Buddha said: Because you don't believe that you are a Buddha, you have troubles!
Me: How could I be a Buddha?
Buddha: As long as you believe that you are a Buddha, your heart is a Buddha's heart, and naturally there is no trouble.
Me: I believe, but my work and family are not perfect.
Buddha: It is the result that you have been using the sentient beings to see the results of your daily life. You try to see the world with the Buddha's heart.

Me: I can't do it. It's too hard, it's too great.
Buddha: If you don't want to do something, it's too difficult to say, but it's just that you don't want to change.
Me: I am just a mortal.
Buddha: The difference between a mortal and a Buddha is only to look at the eyes of the world. When you believe that you have a Buddha's heart, your Buddhahood is already in front of you, and you are no longer a mortal.
Me: I want to change a little, but I don't want to change it so big.
Buddha: Light and darkness are relative, not big and small. As long as you don't live with Buddha's heart, your troubles will accumulate. On the contrary, if you use Buddha's heart to live, your troubles will subside.

Me: Will the work change? Will I get a raise?
Buddha: The real key is your heart. As long as your heart becomes compassionate and good, the blessing will naturally come together. It is inevitable that work and life will be changed.
Me: Then how should I start?
Buddha: Starting from the most common things, don't have the idea of taking advantage of the cheapness of others, but using empathy and compassion, and maintaining this mentality in the face of anything, naturally it is blessed.

Me: Isn't that a common loss?
Buddha: In the world of Buddhism, there is no loss, the cause and effect are equal, or you owe him, or he owes you. If you often do things that will make you owe yourself, on the surface, it is a low price and it is actually owed to others. The blessing naturally fades. On the contrary, the blessing will accumulate. So you have not suffered.

Me: What will be the final result of doing this?
Buddha: Not only will your troubles fade away, the blessings will increase, and people who have a chance to get along with you, like your family and friends, will learn the correct way of life from you. This is not the happiest!
